The man that seems to be in charge does seem polite, but having to complain that my food tastes too watered down seems pathetic. Obviously it's done to cut food costs, which makes their focus obvious. It's about a bonus and not about customer satisfaction. I didn't come spend my hard earned money on watered down food, I came to treat my kids. Now I wish I would have served them sandwiches at home, at least that would have had better flavor.September 12, 2016
